1. Check the bearing temperature frequently. If the temperature is too high, check whether the lubrication and transmission parts are normal, and the distance between the rolls is too tight. Find out the reasons and take corresponding measures in time. When the situation is serious, they should stop checking.
2, often check the tightness of the belt, the loose belt will reduce the transmission efficiency and affect the grinding effect, so it is easy to cause the bearing heat, increase the power consumption and reduce the service life of the belt.
3, various transmission parts must be fastened and reliable. Special tools should be used for dismantling or installation, and no direct hammers such as hand hammers should be used.
5, do not forget to check pneumatic components. After the machine is opened, it is necessary to check all pneumatic components in the air road, whether there is leakage or damage to the gas path and connection. At the same time check whether the gas supply pressure is in line with the requirements, and the use of the synchronous belt should be checked regularly, if it is found too tight, loose, runout, running, and serious wear and tear. It should be adjusted, overhauled or replaced in time. The oil storage quantity of the three unit of the gas source should be checked regularly, and 20# spindle oil must be added to avoid blockage of the small holes in the pipeline.
