AAC block which made by AAC brick(block) Machine has widely used in industrial and civil construction over 60 years in China, with growing mature technology and many advantages, such as light mass, high intensity, heat preservation, sound insulation, etc, AAC has accepted by most custmer.
AAC can follow raw materials classification, the craft characteristics of the quality and equipment to adopt different crafts to produce. Generally speaking, fly ash or sand with water are milled into slime, then put powdery lime, cement, vesicant, and foam stabilizer into to mix and pour into mould. After materials pre-curing in the mould, the body of materials are cut into blocks or panels which are send into autoclave to steam into the porous and lightweight AAC by highpressure and high temperature.
